The Geodesy Engineering Alumni Association of Universitas Diponegoro has once again demonstrated its commitment to education by providing scholarships for outstanding students facing financial challenges.

This commitment was announced during the UNDIP Faculty of Engineering alumni gathering on Sunday, August 11, 2025, at the Pondok Indah Golf Course Ballroom in Jakarta. The event began with a golf competition participated in by alumni from various graduation years across the Faculty of Engineering, followed by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and a Cooperation Agreement between the UNDIP Faculty of Engineering and PT Mekanika Hirarki Seraya as well as PT Geomac Survey Indonesia, witnessed directly by the Rector of UNDIP, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si.

PT Geomac Survey Indonesia, led by UNDIP Geodesy Engineering alumni from the class of 2008—Imam Priambodo, S.T., and Angkoso Dewantoro, S.T.—reaffirmed the company’s commitment to providing scholarships and supporting students and the UNDIP Geodesy Engineering undergraduate program through internship, fieldwork, training, and research opportunities. This commitment was also echoed by Restu Maheswara Ayyar Lamarolla, S.T., representing PT Geoswara Surveys, and Manase Daniel Binsar, S.T., who currently serves as Head of the Land Office of Humbang Hasundutan Regency, North Sumatra.

The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering UNDIP, Prof. Dr. Ir. Jamari, S.T., M.T., IPU., ASEAN Eng., symbolically received the scholarship donation at this inaugural IKATEKNIK meeting. The total contribution collected reached hundreds of millions of rupiah: IKATEKNIK UNDIP, the Civil Engineering Alumni Association, and PT Permata Prameswari Property each contributed IDR 160,000,000, in addition to PT Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamat, which donated IDR 320,000,000.

With this support, it is hoped that UNDIP Geodesy Engineering students can take advantage of scholarship opportunities from alumni and other companies to further excel both academically and non-academically.
