Muhammad Luthfi Ramadhan studied in the Undergraduate Program of Geodetic Engineering at Diponegoro University from 2016 to 2021. His career began in the Operational Unit of PT Indra Karya (Persero), where he played a role in efficiency initiatives that directly impacted the company’s performance. Luthfi was involved in operational restructuring, workflow optimization, and cost control. He also participated in financial analysis and short-term debt restructuring processes that were approved by creditors, further strengthening the company’s financial position.

His involvement in management affairs encouraged him to pursue a Master’s degree in Management at Diponegoro University from 2022 to 2024 to deepen his business strategy expertise. After earning his Master’s degree, Luthfi was entrusted with continuing his strategic role at PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero), taking on broader responsibilities and a more complex sector. At the age of 27, he serves as Head of the Quality Assurance Sub-Division at this strategic state-owned enterprise.

One of his most significant contributions has been supporting the development of water resource infrastructure, such as dams and irrigation systems, whose benefits are directly felt by communities. This infrastructure not only increases agricultural productivity but also opens new economic opportunities, raises residents’ incomes, and, of course, improves quality of life.

For Luthfi, the foundation from his undergraduate studies in Geodetic Engineering at UNDIP has been invaluable—ranging from surveying and mapping skills to analytical and systematic thinking in strategic decision-making. Although—by his own admission—his academic performance was not particularly exceptional, his active involvement in student organizations during college honed his leadership, communication, and time management skills, which became the pillars of his success.

The Bathymetric Survey course taught by Bandi Sasmito, ST., MT remains one of his most memorable learning experiences, sharpening his attention to detail and technical skills that he continues to apply today.

With a spirit of continuous improvement, Luthfi is a true example of a Geodetic Engineering UNDIP alumnus who can become an agent of change, drive corporate transformation, and deliver real benefits to society.
